This charming coastal cottage is nestled in the heart of the West End of Panama City Beach. This home sleeps up to six adults (seven total adults/children combined) and is delightfully decorated with coastal chic decor. The friendly neighborhood is laid-back.
The living area is spacious and is open to the kitchen providing a large area for family gatherings and meals. Dining room table seats four with adjacent kitchen island that seats four additional people. A cozy back patio offers the perfect outdoor venue to cap off the evening, and our sandy white beaches are just steps away at beach access 87.
Parking available for up to 2 vehicles. This property has a charcoal grill with utensils (guests provide charcoal). Fire pits are not allowed.
Many restaurants, shopping options, grocery stores, and bike rentals are moments away. Be sure to sample our local burgers and breakfasts at Sunnyside Grill located within walking distance.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
I am Suzanne, and the cottage is named after my mother (Vera Elizabeth) Belle Sirene (beautiful mermaid). My mother loved the beach her whole life, she even met my father (a native of Panama City) on the beach. Her dream was to move to the coast after she retired. That dream never came to be... When I bought my peaceful cottage, this is how I was able to bring a little bit of her with me.Location
